DWI Arrest In Clarkstown
A resident of Old Tappan was among nine people charged with drunk driving Dec. 19 and 20 by state police.
New York state police charged nine people with drunk driving Dec. 19-20. Among them was a resident of Old Tappan, who was stopped in Clarkstown on the Palisades Parkway.
On Dec. 19, State Police Haverstraw, arrested Eileen Simon, 52, of Old Tappan, NJ for DWI. She was traveling on the Palisades Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On December 19, 2017, State Police Wurtsboro, arrested James Rodriguez, 42, of Monticello, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Mamakating when he was involved in a vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 19, 2017, State Police Monroe, arrested Peter Luck, 29, of Goshen, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On December 20, 2017, State Police Monroe, arrested Christopher Poon, 38, of Fresh Meadows, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Monroe when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 19, 2017, State Police Florida, arrested Tyler Levitt, 33, of Florida, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the village of Florida when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 19, 2017, State Police Kingston, arrested Michael Duffy, 50, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the city of Kingston when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 20, 2017, State Police Kingston, arrested Kaitlyn Baker, 22, of Saugerties, NY for DWI. She was traveling on the city of Kingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 19, 2017, State Police Kingston, arrested Lloyd Jones, 49, of Kingston, NY for DWI. He was traveling on town road 981M in the town of Ulster when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 19, 2017, State Police Highland, arrested Korinne Lamb, 35, of Highland, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Lloyd when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
