Eagle Scout Fixes Up Historic Cemetery
New City ceremony marks completion of project.

Tom Coyle has helped restore a piece of New City history.
Coyle, 18, who has completed his journey to become an Eagle Scout, renovated the historic Wood-Blauvelt-Stevens Cementery on Congers Lake Road in New City, just opposite Clarkstown Town Hall, for his Eagle Project.
A ceremony on Saturday, April 24, at Street Community Center in New City honored Coyle, along with his parents, Gordeon and Karen, for his reaching the Eagle Scout rank - the highest achievement for a Boy Scout.
