NOTES:

A) Student Days - The calendar includes 4 emergency closing days. Asterisked (*) days may be required to meet the State mandated 180 student days. If schools are closed for more than the allotted student emergency closing days, then asterisked (*) days may be required as “School Days”. Students and staff are advised NOT to make plans on these dates.

B) Teacher Days - Teachers are required to work 184 days. If schools are closed for more than the teacher allotted emergency closing days, then the Superintendent and Board of Education will determine makeup days.

C) Two hour early dismissal for students has been scheduled to allow for staff development activities. If the Board of Education determines these days should not be used for that staff development then these two hour early dismissal days will return to full days of instruction for students.

D) If any of the emergency closing dates are not used, additional days off will be determined by the Board of Education and the Superintendent.
