Aeropostale and NY Sports Club join forces for healthier babies, Saturday, June 25, between 11 am – 2 pm at the Palisades Center mall, West Nyack in the center court. Come out and support the Aero Values team to donate and sponsor teams who will be biking for babies.
Event organizers tell us that staff members from Aeropostale and New York Sports Club are “biking” up some funds and awareness for the March of Dimes. Each rider has set a goal to raise $100 and many have surpassed this.
New York Sports Club is donating the use of the Palisades Center Club’s bicycles as well as donating the time of four certified spin instructors. Aeropostale volunteer managers, associates and corporate members will all take part in cycling a 30-minute leg of the total two hour “Journey Ride.”
This event is a part of what Aeropostale’s “Values” month, where associates donate their time in the community.
Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education, and advocacy to save babies and in 2003 launched a campaign to address the increasing rate of premature birth.
