Friday, Sept 14, 2012 Little Tor Elementary School's PTA hosted their Welcome Back BBQ. Wonderful weather gave way for a great time had by all. "The turnout was fantastic, and everyone had a ball!" said Angela Barry, co-president of the PTA. "As the first official event of the year, we are pleased to see everyone and hope to bring lots more excitement throughout the school year. We have a great team and lots of volunteers to help pull together some terrific events over the course of the next few months."The Little Tor PTA would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to all the local businesses that helped make our event the success that it was....American Burrito (New City)donated a fully stocked taco bar along with servers - thank goodness you were on site and on time as we had a little difficulty starting our grill up for the evening. On that note, thanks to the dads, Michael Brennan, Akiva Freidman,Scott Iovino, and John Thompson AKA "Little Tor Grill Masters" for all their hard work throughout the evening!
