Mall-O-Ween At Palisades Center

Palisades Center mall in West Nyack is hosting a free, indoor Trick-Or-Treat event today, providing a safe alternative to outdoor Trick-Or-Treating.

Because of down trees and wires and continuing power outages brought by Saturday's big snowstorm, police throughout the area have recommended families not send children out on the traditional outdoor Trick-O-Treat trips in their neighborhoods.

Mall-O-Ween runs from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the mall, with a Halloween costume contest at 6:30 p.m. at the H&M Court. Sign up at the customer service desk, where you can get a map of the stores participating in Mall-O-Ween.
