On Nov. 25, Rockland Road Runners' will hold it's 19th annual 5 Mile Turkey Trot.
The scenic five mile run will start and finish at Rockland Lake State Park, north Parking Lot #1.

- 6:45-8:00 am - Race Check-in and Registration - you must arrive no later than 7:30 to park!
- 8:15 am - Wheelchair Start
- 8:30 am - 5 Mile Turkey Trot begins
- Award Ceremony - immediately following race
- Long-sleeve TECHNO shirt to all pre-registrants (No shirts for race-day entrants)
- Champion Chip scoring by Super Race Systems (chips distributed on race day)
$35 fee if chip not returned at finish
