The session on Thursday, October 4, is presented in conjunction with RCC’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration and includes refreshments. Nada is a brilliant depiction of life during the early days of the Franco regime and considered one of the most important literary works of post-Civil War Spain.

A discussion of Drown, by Junot Diaz will be led by Rob Fuentes on November 7. The book is a collection of stories about the life-changing experiences of immigrants from the Dominican Republic, one of the fastest-growing populations in Rockland County.
