West Nyack Warriors Baseball Hosts Charity Tourney

The West Nyack Warriors youth baseball program has a charity baseball tounament on Saturday and Sunday at the West Nyack Little League complex at Germonds Park in West Nyack.

The Bergen County Charity Classic features players from Rockland and Bergen Counties on teams from West Nyack, Closter, Ridgewood, Westwood, Dumont and Washington Township.

The tournament features four 11-and-under games on Finkel Field on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, and four games from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

In the 21-and-under group, there will be three games on Dexter Field from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and then four games on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The West Nyack games are part of an overall tournament that has more than 100 teams in a six age groups playing at various sites in Rockland and Bergen over the Memorial Day weekend.
