Yoga offers powerful tools by which we may access our innate wisdom to set meaningful and achievable goals for our lives. Please join us for an afternoon of yoga postures, breath work, guided meditation, and lightly structured writing to quiet the mind and immerse ourselves in spirit so that the yearnings whispered by our very souls may be heard and acted upon. Set aside this time for yourself to clarify what it is that you really want from life and walk away with defined action steps and a fresh perspective. This workshop does not require any previous yoga experience. Please bring your favorite journal and pen.
