The benefits of meditation are numerous. A greater sense of calm, lower stress, and cortisol levels and better sleep are just a few. Ever wanted to learn the basics? This is just the place to start. We will discover the tools and the pleasures of simply following the breath and allowing the body and mind to REST.

   Wear comfortable clothes as we will begin with some gentle stretches and learn to meditate. This is a wonderful gift for yourself or someone you love.
