Five Rockland DWI Arrests In Weekend Enforcement by State Police

New York state police on the west side of the Hudson were targeting drivers under the influence.

New York state police in Troop F announced that they removed 28 intoxicated motorists from the highways. That included five in Rockland County.

On August 10, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Thelmo Juanacio, 48, of New City, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.

On August 11, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Rayald Singh, 30, of Monticello, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the village of Monticello when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.

On August 12, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Devonte Brailsford, 26, of Dobbs Ferry, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 59 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.

On August 13, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested AnnMarie Jiminez, 30, of Haverstraw, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police said.
