CLARKSTOWN, NY — State police checking for impaired drivers said they arrested several the weekend of Jan. 18-20. One was in Clarkstown.
On January 19, State Police Haverstraw arrested Filipp Khmelnitski, 30, of Flushing, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On January 18, State Police from SP Somers arrested Nancy Joyce, 54, of Somers, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 202 in the town of Somers, when she caused an injury motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
On January 19, State Police from SP Somers arrested Nathan S. Prince, 28, of Somers, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 202 in the town of Somers, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On January 18, State Police from SP Somers arrested Krystle R. Fernandez, 29, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Milan, when she was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On January 18, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Arque Bostick, 36, of Bronx, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
On January 18, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Sergio F. Granda Lliguipuma, 33, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, a class E felony. He was traveling on Highland Avenue in the city of Peekskill, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On January 19, State Police from SP Dover Plains arrested Felipe Morales Moreno, 69, of Milan, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On January 19, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Colin H. Denton, 29, of Brookfield, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On January 20, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Milton E. Ramos Vasquez, 28, of Mount Kisco, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9A in the village of Buchanan, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
On January 18, State Police Haverstraw arrested Elliot Johnson, 27 of Garnerville, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Rockland when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
