Hillcrest Man Accused Of Killing 2 Valley Cottage Women
Clarkstown police say they've caught the man who killed two Valley Cottage women, both of whom were found dead with gunshot wounds.

VALLEY COTTAGE, NY — A Hillcrest man has been arrested and charged with murder in the killings of two Valley Cottage women.
As Patch previously reported, the bodies of Wanda Castor, 63, and her daughter, Kathleen Castor, 27, were found with gunshot wounds Tuesday morning Lake Road. Kathleen Castor's infant daughter was found alive. She was evaluated at a hospital and placed into the custody of Child Protective Services.
Robert Williams III, 32, of Hillcrest, was arrested following a multi-state investigation, Clarkstown police said Sunday. Williams was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree criminal contempt. He appeared in Rockland County court via video conference Saturday was and remanded to the county jail.

"Our heartfelt condolences go out to all of the victims family and friends, as we continue to seek justice for Wanda, Kathleen and baby Anastasia," the police department wrote in a Facebook post.
