Jawonio, with a workforce of close to 1000 professionals in Rockland, Westchester and Orange Counties, provides lifespan services from infants through end of life with a variety of services including early intervention, special education preschool, summer education, vocational and employment services, residential and day services and recovery based mental health services and care management.

LCM247 Creative Director, Patrick Heaphy said, “Jawonio does such great work in the community and to be a part of that is just something so special. We are so happy to help them push their brand forward.”

The effort to develop the new logo and rebrand consisted of surveys, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative design ideas with a variety of stakeholders including board members, staff, families and individuals receiving services. The process took about a year for the final presentation of the new logo and full board approval.

“The excitement and enthusiasm of this collaborative process was palpable at every meeting. We wanted to ensure that the result of our rebrand efforts not only honored our tradition but moved us forward together into the future for our staff, the children and adults they support, along with our families and the communities we serve.” said Diana Hess, Chief Development and Communications Officer.
