Kentucky Man in Rockland County Jail Turned Over to Connecticut Cops
He is a suspect in a Danbury investigation into illegal driveway paving companies.

Danbury police visited the Rockland County Correctional Facility June 18 -- to pick up a suspect in an investigation into crooked driveway paving companies.
Connecticut authorities said the cops were there to pick up Dean Cooper, 34, of Winchester, KY on an extraditable warrant.
After waiving extradition Cooper was transported back to the Danbury Police Department where he was processed on the charges of Larceny 2nd degree 53a-123(a)(5) and conspiracy to commit Larceny 2nd 53a-48 / 53a-123.

Cooper was held on a $10,000 court set bond.
The investigation by Danbury Police and CT Consumer Protection into illegally operating driveway paving companies continues. Additional arrests are expected, Connecticut authorities said.
