Lake DeForest Clean-Up Sunday: Help Keep Rockland Beautiful
Get details and find out how to volunteer for the other upcoming "Fall Waterways" cleanups in October, too.

NEW CITY, NY — Join Keep Rockland Beautiful and Hackensack Riverkeeper in the annual cleanup event hosted by SUEZ, starting at 10 a.m. Sunday. Everyone meets on the New City end of the causeway.
Volunteers will be cleaning up the shoreline of beautiful Lake DeForest, a critical link in Rockland's drinking water system. Extra bonus: all volunteers will be served lunch!
It's a great way to earn community service hours and spend some time doing good with friends and family on a beautiful fall day.
