This free six-session workshop series will help you:

  • understand Type 2 diabetes,
  • learn how to prevent complications,
  • keep track of your blood sugar,
  • eat healthy,
  • be more physically active,
  • learn relaxation techniques to cope with stress,
  • and take charge of your health.
