Mr. Hull has a problem with the Absentee ballot procedures that are allowed in NYS. However, instead of trying to change them he vilifies Frank Sparaco and the Highway for using the current system that is in place. Fact: The Court has stated that there has been no wrong doing in regard to absentee ballots. I guess the fact that Ballard got more votes than Malone is real problem.
Mr. Hull has a problem with the NYS law which allows cross endorsements of parties and the fact that many people just vote along party lines. However, instead of trying to do something about that he vilifies Frank Sparaco and other candidates that try to win these lines. Your problem Michael is with the law not those working within it.
Mr. Hull has a problem with appointed positions. Take that up with your town board who approves all these positions. Don't blame the the person who accepts one or who appoints someone to one.

Mr. Hull has a problem with incumbents, but rather than fight for term limits he'd rather blame those who get voted in.
Michael Hull also has a problem with facts. He doesn't seem to want to use them in any of his articles. At least not whole facts. He tends to only reveal the part of the fact which will inflame the reader rather than a whole fact that might inform. Mr. Hull would rather insinuate wrong doing with misleading information or else flat out misinformation.

Examples: Mr. Hull keeps referring to the CVC civic association meet the candidates night. He quotes Supervisor Ballard’s answer to a question about the 260 applicants for the appointed position. He is fixated on Mr. Ballard’s comment that the appointee would have to campaign on nights and weekends. However he fails to mention the rest of the comment that the position offered no benefits, no pension, no vacation days, no sick time, that the person would have to work emergency duty during storms, however, no overtime oh and by the way if Mr. Ballard does not win in 2013 you will be out of a job.
Mr. Hull keeps referring to his mysterious person who filled an absentee ballot, then went to the polls and found out he already voted. He insinuates that there was wrongdoing and is awaiting a call from Tom Zugibe so he can report the offense. If there really was a situation of wrongdoing the election representative would have reported it. But the fact is NYS Law states that if someone fills out an absentee ballot and then goes to vote there vote ate the polls would be the one that counts.
Mr. Hull cannot stop insinuating that Frank Sparaco did something wrong by privately videotaping (which is not illegal in NYS) people trying to bribe him) But cannot bring himself to answer the question, Why was Dennis Malone in a meeting with Frank Sparaco?
Michael Hull has become obsessed with Frank Sparaco to the point that he can't see the forest for the trees. At this point I think he could some how blame Watergate on Frank Sparaco. Frank Sparaco is not the problem. He works within the system.
Please Mr. Hull put your efforts to good use. Resorting to slander and misinformation to bring about a change in election is no better than what you are accusing Mr. Ballard and Mr. Sapraco of doing. Only I think your slander could lead to a lawsuit you might lose.
