RAMAPO, NY — A motorcyclist and a Ramapo police officer were taken to hospitals after a crash Tuesday night. The crash involved a marked Ramapo police patrol car and a motorcycle. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in front of the <a href="https://www.lohud.com/story/news/local/rockland/ramapo/2019/07/24/motorcyclist-injured-crash-ramapo-police-car-hillcrest/1812361001/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Hillcrest firehouse</a> on Route 45, the Journal News reported. The officer was treated and released at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern.
