Carey Appointed to Clarkstown Town Board
She replaces Valerie Moldow, who just resigned.
The Clarkstown town board appointed Adrienne Carey Tuesday night a Councilwoman to fill the seat just vacated by Valerie Moldow.
Carey, a Registered Nurse Administrator, community leader, and mother of four, was selected from a list of qualified applicants submitted by the Supervisor’s Screening Committee.
"We are proud to have Adrienne as a member of the board and that the people of Clarkstown have full representation,” said Supervisor George Hoehmann in a prepared statement. “A Nanuet resident, Adrienne is a recognized nursing professional and an individual with a deep commitment to public service. I look forward to working with her as we continue to make Clarkstown a better place to live, work, and raise a family."
