Police Accuse CT Duo of Shoplifting $2,587 in Goods from Sephora
The incident took place March 7 at the Palisades Mall.

Clarkstown police were called to Sephora, at the Palisades Mall, for a report of shoplifting at 3:40 p.m. March 7.
Store employees said they had watched a man and woman taking clothing and accessories valued at $2,587. Alexander Daignault, 24 and Meghan Keating, 23, of Bethel, CT., were arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing.

They were charged with grand larceny 4th (felony) and criminal possession of stolen property 4th (felony). Keating was also charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument (misdemeanor).
They were arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court, where bail was set at $10,000 for Daignault and $3,000 for Keating. They will return to court on March 11.
