Police Stop On The Parkway Yields More And More Arrest Reasons

The first thing troopers learned was that the driver didn't have a drivers license.

CLARKSTOWN, NY — A man from Philadelphia who has apparently visited Rockland County on several occasions faces charges for several crimes. New York state police stopped Edward Beauvoir, 23, for numerous vehicle and traffic law violations on the Palisades Interstate Parkway Nov. 5.

The troopers speaking with Beauvoir found that he was in possession of a New York State ID but did not possess a valid driver's license from any state.
