Rockland Hires Full Time Auditor

From Rockland Co. Exec.: Rockland County Executive Ed Day announced the hiring of Linda Hill to fill the newly established full time county auditor position. Linda Hill has been working for Rockland County since 1984, most recently in the Finance and Budget Department.

“Linda is a classic example of what should be a measure for promotion, dedication and talent. We have every expectation that she will keep looking under the hood to make sure Rockland County operates at maximum efficiency. In addition, her prime directive is to root out any hint of corruption and work with the proper investigative agencies to protect the taxpayers of this county,” said County Executive Ed Day.

Linda Hill is a lifelong Rockland resident and currently resides in Stony Point.
