Scholarship Awards for Continuing Students – May 11
free and open to the public

Ramapo, NY— Rockland Community College’s Awards Ceremony for continuing students will be held on Monday, May 11. All are welcome to share the excitement as students learn about the scholarships they have been awarded and sometimes even get to meet with the people and organizations that have generously offered them. Please join us in the fully accessible Cultural Arts Theater at 6:30 pm.

At RCC, continuing students include those entering their second year at RCC, as well as those graduating and pursuing their education at 4-year colleges and universities. Most RCC graduates do continue their studies, and many students and their families are very happy to learn there are many generous scholarships for RCC graduates. These include half tuition for study at Mount Saint Mary College, a full two year scholarship for Pace University, and even a $10,000 award for a student continuing in science or engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Those pursuing their degree on RCC’s campus through Purchase College-SUNY are encouraged to explore several new scholarships including one offering full tuition.
