Speeding Stop on I-87 Leads to DWI in Clarkstown
State police stopped the Bronx resident Sunday.

State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for speeding at 11:35 p.m. Sunday.
The result: They allege that the driver of the vehicle, Rostyslav Kuvshinov, 40, was intoxicated.
The Bronx resident was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.23 percent. He was subsequently charged with:

Kuvshinov was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Clarkstown Court on June 9.
