Nov. 5th "Spotlight on Community Service--Helping Hands"

NCJW Rockland's Spotlight on Community—Helping Hands for the Homeless. Speaker Ya'el Williams, Director. Free, open to public, refreshments.

The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), Rockland Section is pleased to sponsor a Spotlight on Community Service—Helping Hands for the Homeless. Our featured speaker is Ya’el Williams, Director of Helping Hands. Mr. Williams’ diverse experience includes serving in the U.S. Army Special Services, as well as an operating room nurse. He will describe to us the much-needed shelter and services that are provided to the homeless in Rockland County. Additional NCJW community projects will be highlighted.

The program starts at 7:30 PM on November 5th at Temple Beth El, 415 Viola Rd., Spring Valley. Refreshments, Free, and Open to the Public. Optional: Bring a bottle of liquid laundry detergent or bleach to donate to Helping Hands.
