Spring Valley Man Arrested in Wallkill Prostitution Sting

State Police conducted an anti-prostitution detail in Wallkill May 4 and arrested nine men after they made contact with a female undercover state trooper and requested she perform a sex act in exchange for money.

Charged with one ocunt of patronizing a prostitute were:

Luis F. Ruedas-Cruz, age 22, of Spring Valley;

Jhon D. Ortega-Guaman, age 33, of Middletown;

Adolph A. Pantore, age 56, of Bloomingburg;

Drew A. Kartiganer, age 58, of Newburgh;

Jermaine D. Barnaby, age 32, of Middletown;

Travis Contreras, age 23, of Middletown;

Jofre A. Angamarca, age 24, of Middletown;

Caleb R. Elizando, age 20; of Middletown;

Keith Ferguson, age 50, of Port Jervis

Ferguson was additionally charged with resisting arrest. All were issued Appearance Tickets to appear in Town of Wallkill Court on May 17 and released.
