Suffern Man Faces DWI Charges after Thruway Stop

Suffern resident Robert W. Harlow faces DWI charges after a stop on the New York Thruway.
State police said they pulled him over for multiple traffic violations at about 1:09 p.m. Friday.
Troopers concluded that the 36-year-old was intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Monroe, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19 percent. He was subsequently charged with:
