A treasured tradition of Rockland County families for more than 40 years, RCC Summer Camps continue to provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for each new generation. Many of today’s satisfied parents were yesterday’s happy campers, and now they can celebrate the convenience and economy of 1-week sessions which offer easy coordination with other family vacation or travel plans, as well as the free extended hours for drop-off as early as 7:45 am and pick-up extending to 5:30 pm.
Today’s campers appreciate the flexibility of participating in different programs through the summer. If campers want to try out different things they can register for Sports Academy or Art Institute one week, and still register for Computers the next, though Performing Arts requires a 3-week commitment in order to prepare for their end of season Showcase Performance.
The camp specializes in fun, upbeat, hands-on instruction, provided by a professional staff of teachers, coaches, and counselors. A full range of campus facilities offers RCC campers unique opportunities to develop their athletic skills, explore the fascinating world of science, expand their knowledge of computer technologies, and grow artistically in the fine and performing arts.
Schedule a tour to see our extensive sports fields, heated indoor pool, air-conditioned theater, art studios, classrooms, and computer and science labs. RCC’s fabulous indoor fieldhouse provides 40,000 sq. ft. of space to ensure our campers always have a fun place to play, no matter what the weather. A full-time nurse, professional safety officers, and a smoke-free campus provide a safe and healthy environment for all. Our administrative staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help.
Each week brings a new set of projects so campers registering for multiple sessions will never have repeat activities - there are always fresh and exciting things to do. Mornings are dedicated to their specialty area, with lunch offered in the air-conditioned campus café. Traditional camp games and activities follow, with a rotating selection of enrichment activities like music, cooking, photography and more to round out each day.

Parent Ferzin Patel said, “My son has been going to RCC Computer camp for the past 5 years. Friendships with counselors and campers have endured through all these years and he looks forward to camp each year, and learning something new. Not only does the core curriculum make it fun, but the added music, cooking, photography, and drama classes add flavor. They learn how to be part of something fun, and they learn to build their own confidence. Can’t wait for him to return and start a new adventure. Thanks RCC! “
Camper Andrew Lulic said, “RCC Sports Academy taught me not only about sports, but also teamwork, determination and how to just have fun with the game. It’s also the place where I made a ton of memories and great friends.”
