REGISTER EARLY – LIMITED ENROLLMENT!
PROGRAM: Mini-camp will consist of arts & crafts, sports, gym games, quiet games, in-house
movies, trips to places such as roller skating, the movie theatre, bowling, plus special
events each day.
REGISTRATION: Registration is underway at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City.
The Clarkstown Parks Board and Recreation Commission is now using CommunityPass, a new online
registration and payment service for all of its program registrations. You MUST create your CommunityPass
Family Account in order to register. From any computer with an internet connection, go to
https://register.communitypass.net/Clarkstown to create your CommunityPass Family Account. Once your
household is created, please come in as soon as possible to prove residency. If you own a home, please bring
in your Driver’s License with the current address on it. If you are a current renter, you MUST provide 3
forms of residency! Copy of birth certificate is required for anyone under the age of 18!
Medical consent form is required when registering.
WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM TWO WEEKS (OR LESS) PRIOR TO THE START DATE, THE FEE MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD).
