Town of Clarkstown Cooking Programs Fall 2017

Registration is underway!

JUNIOR CHEFS

Program: This program is the core of our class offerings, delivering a well-rounded approach to teaching children the skills necessary to develop their love of cooking. Junior Chefs classes are designed to allow creativity to mesh with culinary techniques for exciting results!

Eligible: Children ages 6 - 10 who are residents of the Town of Clarkstown

Day/Time: Saturdays, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Dates: October 14, 2017 - November 18, 2017

Fee: $90.00

Location: Young Chef's Academy, 59 South Main Street #2, New City

SENIOR CHEFS

Program: These special Young Chefs classes are designed to accommodate those students who have met specific criteria and are looking for a more in-depth culinary experience. Students will assume more responsibility while developing advanced techniques and concepts.

Eligible: Children ages 11 - 15 who are residents of the Town of Clarkstown

Day/Time: Saturdays, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Dates: October 14, 2017 - November 18, 2017

Fee: $90.00

Location: Young Chef's Academy, 59 South Main Street #2, New City

ONE DAY COOKING WORKSHOP

Program: Have your child learn the joy and value of cooking. Chefs will learn new recipes, create and plate the food selection of the day.
