Design Diva Fashion Design Camp
Sponsored and Conducted By: Clarkstown Parks Board and Recreation Commission
Program: In this amazing camp, students will learn the foundation of design principals, color theory, create mood boards, investigate silhouette, be introduced to fabric science, fashion illustration and the history of fashion in order to create a unique design. Then they will learn simple patterns making and of course garment sewing in order to make unique design come to life!

All students will design, create and sew their own designs! On Friday afternoon we will have a runway fashion show, where our students become models and walk the runway with their new creations!!! No experience necessary.
Eligible: Ages 8 - 12 who are residents of the Town of Clarkstown

Fashion Sewing
Sponsored and Conducted By: Clarkstown Parks Board and Recreation Commission
Program: If you love clothes or want to be a fashion designer this is the place to be. If you just love sewing you will want to join this camp! Students will sew pants, skirts, tops, summer dresses and bags. The creativity just does not end. All materials are supplied and sewing machines are provided for use. By the end of the camp, students will have proficiency in working with sewing patterns and working with a sewing machine. What could be better!
Eligible: All boys and girls ages 8 - 12 who are residents of the Town of Clarkstown
Day/Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Dates: August 14 - 18, 2017
Fee: $325.00
Location: Street Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City
*Minimum of 8 campers needed to run class or class will be cancelled.
