Town of Clarkstown Spring Recess Mini Camp ADDED DAYS April 2 & 3, 2015

Eligible: Boys and Girls in Grades K-6 who are residents of the Town of Clarkstown

Dates: Thursday and Friday April 2 & 3, 2015

*There must be a minimum of 18 campers each day or the program will be cancelled*

Time: 8: 30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Place: Street Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City

Fee: $55.00 PER DAY

Thursday (46015-K) - The Castle Fun Center

Friday (46015-L) - Parties Ala Cart

Program: Mini Camp activities include: arts & crafts, sports, gym games, quiet games, and in house movies. A special trip planned for each day.

Note: A medical consent form is required when registering.

Registration: Registration is underway at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City or online. To register online you must be issued a 2015 username and password. Please come in as soon as possible to prove residency and to be issued this information. There will be a limited number of openings available for online registration. Proof of age (copy of birth certificate) and Town of Clarkstown residency (two forms of I.D. are needed: Valid NYS Driver’s License and current utility bill for primary residence) are required.

WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM TWO WEEKS (OR LESS) PRIOR TO THE START DATE, THE FEE MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD).
