PROGRAM: This class is suitable for those between the ages of 8 and 12. In this class students will learn how to work with a commercial sewing pattern. They will learn how to sew a simple skirt or pull on pajama bottoms, a simple top, and a tote bag…All materials are included in the cost of the program. Sewing machines are also provided for use.

ELIGIBLE: Children ages 8 – 12 who are Clarkstown residents

DAY/TIME: Tuesdays, 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

DATES: April 2, 2019 – May 14, 2019 (Holiday: April 23, 2019)

FEE: $110.00

LOCATION: Street Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City

REGISTRATION: Registration is underway at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City. Register through your CommunityPass Account at https://register.communitypass.net/Clarkstown. If you have not set up an account please do so at the above web address. Once your household is created, please come into the Recreation and Parks Office to prove your residency. If you own your home, please bring in your Driver’s License. If you are a renter, you MUST provide 3 forms of residency. A copy of Birth Certificate is required for anyone under the age of 18.
