There will be a winner in each category for dogs under 25 pounds and for dogs over 25 pounds.

Fee for a neutered male / sprayed female is $5.00.

($5.00 local fee)

Fee for an unneutered male / unsprayed female is $13.00.

($10.00 Local Fee + $3.00 Spay / Neuter Fee)

Spayed or neutered certificate or sworn affidavit must accompany license.

Proof of current rabies vaccination is also required; it must show the month / day and year of the vaccination along with the name of the veterinarian.
