Traffic Stop leads to Ecstasy Arrest
A New City man was stopped by state troopers in Clarkstown Sunday.

Peter Milshtein of New City faces charges after being stopped by state police in Clarkstown.
New York State police conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on Central Avenue on May 15.
They allege the operator of the vehicle, Milshtein, was driving with a suspended license and that a subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of marijuana, xanax, and a large quantity of ecstasy.

The 44-year-old was arrested for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
Milshtein was arraigned on 05/15/16 in the Town of Clarkstown Court and sent to Rockland County Jail without bail
