Michael J. Stacchini, Esq. Promoted to Partner at Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP – Attorneys At Law
Lake Success, NY: Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP, Attorneys at Law, is pleased to announce that Michael J. Stacchini has been promoted to Partner. In his new role as Partner, Mr. Stacchini will continue to focus his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, matrimonial litigation and Surrogate Court litigation.
An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Mr. Stacchini has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to joining Vishnick McGovern Milizio, he was a Bronx County Assistant District Attorney.
Mr. Stacchini graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1996. While attending Boston University School of Law, he was honored as the G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar and the Paul J. Liacos Scholar, and with the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law and the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.

Mr. Stacchini is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, where he serves on the Commercial Litigation Committee, and the Labor and Employment Law Committee. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Stacchini lives in Franklin Square, NY.
