It will soon be Independence Day. The holiday is associated with fireworks, parades, family barbecues, political speeches and ceremonies, but, let's remember this is truly a celebration of our country's freedom from a monarchy that stopped listening to us. We stood up, united, and
fought for our beliefs...
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Remember, our freedoms should not be taken for granted, but, rather, we should relish those that we have and be ever-vigilant to recognize the threats to our liberties and protect the privileges we enjoy. God Bless America.
