Long Island’s talented chefs are coming Hicks Nurseries in Westbury this fall. In this popular free series, the chefs will demonstrate some of their favorites. All sessions are one hour long and begin promptly at 11:00 am. The demonstrations are free and reservations are not necessary but space is limited. The chefs will provide tastes of what they prepare and recipes.

This versatile grain adapts well to many dishes and Chef Cruz will feature how quinoa is prepared at Vinoco, the vibrant new tapas and wine café in Mineola.
