REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
1. You may sign up for yourself and a spouse OR HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR CHOICE SIGN YOU UP WITH A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE, AARP CARD (IF USING) AND YOUR CHECK. Check is made payable to AARP. Please note: a representative may sign up only one other person, not multiple persons.
2. Separate checks are required: one person, one check. Do not write a check for more than one person - we cannot accept it.
3. Limit – 32 persons; priority to NHP-GCP S.D. #5 and Village residents. Out-of-district residents may call after the registration begins to be placed on an out-of-district waiting list.
4. Only those registered for the class may be in the room. If you have a family member requiring attention, please make suitable arrangements. Library policy prohibits
unattended children in the building.
