NCCC 's Cultural Program presents former New York State senator Seymour Lachman: The Man Who Saved New York: Hugh Carey and the Great Fiscal Crisis of 1975. 

Location: The College Center Building.

Lachman served five terms in the New York State Senate. He has taught theory of government courses at Baruch College, the CUNY Graduate Center and Wagner College, where he is currently director of the Hugh L. Carey Center for Government Reform.
