For some reason some of us feel its best to have a work out that is fast pace, hard impact in a short period of time.
We think this will give us the best physical bodies we need in our fitness practice.
I have to differ. I am an intense Yogini, meaning I have a personal Yoga practice everyday. My practice changes day to day depending on how I am feeling and where my body needs to be address. The basic practice is always the same maintaining my glamour muscles and clarity of my mind.
My body responds much better when I consciously slowing down my practice, holds the poses longer, breath with the movements and envisioning the result in my mind.
It's awesome! I do this technique before my practice..
