Long Island Adventure Race 5k Obstacle Course Mud Run

LI Adventure Race is not just a 5k - It's an Adventure!  Obstacles, mud pits and many more surprises!  This race is for everyone, seasoned athletes to weekend warriors!  Elites - Families - Teams - Ages 8+ welcome!  A race to remember.  If you finish first, last or anywhere in between you leave a winner with a super feeling of pride, camaraderie and awesomeness!  Great viewing area for spectators.  Supporting local charities!  2014 race will be June 1 and September 14.  www.liadventurerace.com
