New Hyde Park Baseball Loses to Hewlett, 2-0
Hewlett's coach called this the best game the team has played in two years.
Host lost to Hewlett on Wednesday morning by a score of 2-0 in an A-I conference game.
This game was a battle of the pitchers with Hewlett's Spencer Prusack pitching a no-hitter and New Hyde Park's Anthony Simone maintaining a no-hitter until the seventh inning.
Heroes: This was Prusack's first no-hitter, according to Head Coach Andy DeBernardo. The pitching made this game and Prusack's role was vital to his team's win.
