New Hyde Park Chamber Welcomes Greek Place

Nassau County , R-New Hyde Park, New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce head Mark Laytin and members of the chamber helped welcome to the Garden City Park community at its recent grand opening.

The Greek Place has already become a local favorite for its authentic Greek cuisine.

Greek Place co-owners Pete Kontoulakos and George Marinos opened the restaurant in a formally vacant storefront at 2144 Jericho Turnpike.

Among the attendees were Angela Marinos, Marcia Marinos, New Hyde Park Chamber vice presidents Jeanette Frisina, Ralph Ventura and Jerry Baldassaro , chamber board members Judy Torre and Larry Armstrong, chamber treasurer Chris Vulpis, chamber president Mark Laytin, past chamber president Stewart Small, Angela Powers and family, friends and staff of the Greek Place.
