New Hyde Park Shopping Center Owner Holding Back-to School Contest

A New Hyde Park real estate trust is offering a chance to win $1,000 in back-to-school funds as part of its way of boosting it’s presence on social media.

Kimco Realty, the owner of Airport Plaza shopping center as well as about 1,000 other shopping centers across the country, recently announced that it would be giving away $1,000 to shop at any store in the Famingdale-based mall.

Entries are open to those age 18 and older and entering is as simple as clicking the “like” button on the mall’s Facebook page and the contest is open until September 20.
