New Hyde Park Storage Center Acquired by Storage Post

Atlanta-based Storage Post Self Storage is expanding its holdings, acquiring the Self Storage Center on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park.

The company purchased the facility in December 2011. The property covers approximately 4 acres on the south side of Jericho Turnpike and has in excess of 138,000 sq. ft. of rental space.

According to a press release:

The new Storage Post Self Storage location at 1990 Jericho Turnpike features over 1,900 storage units with climate control, covered loading bays and motion-sensor lighting. Storage Post and its experienced team are prepared to smoothly integrate the property into current operations. 

"Storage Post was very considerate and accommodating throughout the transaction,” The Self Storage Center President Mark Trifon said. “My family founded the business more than 20 years ago and we're pleased that the process went smoothly. Storage Post's team was professional, and they delivered everything that was promised. We feel good about the outcome."
