North Tenth Street to Get New Traffic Signs

Motorists traveling along North Tenth Street in New Hyde Park will have a couple of new traffic signs ton contend with as the village will be replacing a pair of signs between Jericho Turnpike and Park Avenue.

The changes, which were announced at the June 18 meeting of the New Hyde Park Village Board at the village hall, consist of the following:

• a full stop sign on North Tenth Street heading north on the southeast corner at the intersection of North Tenth Street and Park Avenue
• a “No Left Turn” sign to replace a “One Way” sign in front of the house at 10 North Tenth St.
