• AI boosts brain aneurysm detection on CT angiography (auntminnie.com) — Researchers at Northwell Health in New Hyde Park tested an AI tool on nearly 4,000 brain CT angiograms and found it detected 39% more aneurysms than radiologists alone. The study suggests local patients could benefit most in inpatient and emergency settings, where AI support improved detection of small, hard-to-spot aneurysms while radiologists still excelled at larger ones.
